Information you send us
When you submit the online enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, company, part numbers and quantities, plus any country or region, additional requirements and BOM attachment you choose to include. The attachment is optional. This information is used to understand your purchasing requirement and reply to your enquiry.
Entering details does not itself submit an enquiry. The form sends them when you choose “Send enquiry”. A received reference is displayed only after the website has stored the submission. Include only the information needed for your component request.
How enquiries are handled
Website enquiry records and attachments are kept in private hosting storage for our team to handle your request. They are not published in the product catalogue, news pages or other publicly readable website content. An enquiry notification may be sent to our company mailbox through our email provider.
A website reference confirms that the enquiry was stored. It does not confirm email delivery, reserve stock or accept an order. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate these services.
Necessary cookies and security
The online form uses a necessary session cookie called WYHRFQ to keep its security token associated with your browser. It helps prevent requests submitted from another website. This cookie is not used for advertising or cross-site profiling.
The enquiry service also uses limited request counters to protect the form from abuse. Its counters store a keyed representation of the connection address rather than a raw IP address. Hosting services may separately process connection information for security and server operation.
Retention and your requests
Website enquiry records and their attachments are reviewed for removal after 180 days. If your request remains active, the relevant information may be kept while it is being handled. This is a retention review, not a promise of automatic deletion on a particular day. Company mailbox copies and hosting backups are considered separately in that review.
To ask about access, correction or removal of information you have sent, email lois@weiyahua.com with your enquiry reference or the email message concerned. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you before providing or changing information.
Email and optional drafts
You can contact us directly by email or use “Prepare email instead”. Preparing, copying or saving that draft happens in your browser and does not submit it through the online form. An email link opens your email application; you decide whether to send the message and must attach any BOM separately.
If you send an email, the company receives the information and attachments you include through its email provider. Your email service and the recipient's email service process that message under their own arrangements.
Links to other websites
Guides and product pages link to manufacturer resources so you can check original information. Those websites operate separately and have their own privacy notices. The redesigned pages do not embed social media tracking widgets.

For questions about information sent through the form or by email, contact lois@weiyahua.com and identify the enquiry concerned. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in that request.
